主题：最盈利的化学药物来那多胺的来世今生
内容：Lenalidomide is the most profitable small molecule drug approved to treat multiple myeloma and other malignancies. However, it comes from the notorious Thalidomide, which caused severe birth defects when given to pregnant women to alleviate their morning sickness in the 50’s. In this lecture, I will walk you through this tragedy, discuss the repurpose of the drug, and highlight the implication to future drug development
